• Upon joining there is a membership fee of €20 (Non – Refundable), this is a once off payment.
• When making a booking we require at least 48 hour’s notice, however we will always try to facilitate bookings requested without this notice, but we cannot guarantee transport. You can make a booking as far in advance as you like to guarantee the required transport.
• Payment is required at the point of booking including all advanced bookings, we can process card payments over the phone but for your security we do not store any card details, you will be required to provide this information each time you make a booking.
• When making a booking for an airport collection you will need to provide a terminal number for departures and a flight number for arrivals to allow us to track your flight and ensure the driver will arrive to collect you on time.
• For airport bookings, any delay beyond twenty minutes will incur a €20 waiting charge per hour.
• If you need to cancel a booking we require 24 hour’s notice, if you do not give 24 hour’s notice there will be a 50% charge of the original fee and 50% will be refunded, which can take 3 to 5 days to appear in your account.
• If we do receive 24 hour’s notice to cancel a booking a full refund will be issued, which can take 3 to 5 days to appear in your account.
• If we do not receive 24 hour’s notice and the driver arrives for collection, there is a 100% charge and no refund will be issued.
• If you make a cancellation a refund will be issued for the appropriate amount at the time of cancellation. We do not credit individual accounts.
